Fees

The school fee for WMIDMUN XXIII is $75 per school. The delegate fee is $75 per delegate. The sponsor fee is $15. The school fee is waived for independent delegates.

Registration Timeline

October 9, 2024 - Registration and Financial Aid application opens

December 18, 2024 - Financial Aid application closes

January 8, 2025 - Registration closes, initial deposit due (school fee + half delegate fees)

January 29, 2025 - Last day to notify Registration Director of any dropped delegates and receive a full refund, last day to purchase meal plans

February 28, 2025 - Remaining fees due to Registration Director by the start of Opening Ceremonies

Payment

Please make all checks payable to The International Relations Club at William & Mary. Please do not write checks to William & Mary, William & Mary MUN, or WMIDMUN. The Initial Deposit (half of the delegate fees + the school fee) is due by January 8, 2025. If registration closes early due to capacity, the fee deadline does not change. All payments must be made in full by the start of conference weekend on February 28, 2025.

Fine Print

The entire school fee and one half of the delegate fees are due by January 8, 2025 ("Initial Deposit"). The remainder of fees, outlined herein, must be paid in full at registration on the first day of the conference, February 28, 2025. The WMIDMUN Secretariat must be notified by January 22, 2025 of any dropped delegates in order to receive a refund of delegate fees for dropped delegates. No fees will be refunded for dropped delegates after the January 29, 2025 deadline. If schools drop delegates after this deadline and have not paid any delegate fees so far, the Initial Deposit must still be paid. Under no circumstance will school fees be refunded once paid.
