Quadrilateral Security Dialogue
Recognizing emerging threats in the Indo-Pacific region, numerous states assembled the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (or Quad) to discuss solutions from 2007 to 2008. The primary members of this group were the United States, Japan, Australia and India. In 2017, the Quad reemerged to address increasingly aggressive actions by the Chinese government. Seeking to enlarge its membership, the organization invited New Zealand, Vietnam, and South Korea (among others) to join its ranks. As a representative to “Quad Plus,” how will you strive to ensure regional and world peace?
